Irresistible Panipuri!

Haven’t counted how many I have gulped down in last one month. All I know, that it is difficult to defy myself from this round, fried crisp sphere. This irrestible sphere is nothing but a popular Indian snack which is popularly known as panipuri in north India, puchka in east and golgappa in southern part of India. This chaat item needs no introduction and the mention of pani puri is enough to make one's mouth water in anticipation.

Panipuri has always been one of my favourite snacks. I can eat as many as 30 panipuris at one time (yummy!!!!!). In my colony Kundanbagh (Begumpet), next to Kundan bagh apartments, there is a hawker, who makes the best panipuris I have ever had. This place was introduced to me by one of my friends. It’s not a shop but a cart kind, where this guy comes everyday in the evening and is there till 10pm.Initially when I  went to this place I could manage to eat only a plate of panipuris (1 plate has 8 panipuris) but I liked it so much that now I am a regular customer. And every time I visit I end up eating 4 plates of panipuris (which is like 32 puris!!!).This place is also value for money as 1 plate with 8 panipuris here costs just Rs 10.He also makes scrumptious aloo chaat too.

Every evening I look forward to relish this lip-smacking, irresistible snack…
